Hairy crab season is here, and TungLok Signatures has put together a set menu that lets you enjoy the crab meat and golden roe in several dishes, at a lower price than usual.
What you get
The Hairy Crab Set Menu is priced at $148++ per person, down from the usual $199++. The centrepiece is a Steamed Whole Hairy Crab (about 220g), with the rest of the courses built around the crab meat and roe. Two optional add-ons are available, the Golden Stuffed Crab Shell with Hairy Crab Meat and Roe, and the Crispy Hairy Crab Roe Dumplings. Prices for the add-ons are not stated on the page.
