KrisShop 9.9 Sale Terms and Conditions

1. This KrisShop 9.9 Sale Promotion (“Promotion”) is organized by KrisShop Pte. Ltd. (“KrisShop”).

2. This Promotion will be carried out on KrisShop.com and is open to all KrisShop customers in accordance with clause 3 below (“Shoppers”) during the promotion period from 3 September 2021 (1200 hrs Singapore time) to 20 September 2021 (2359 hrs Singapore time) (“Promotion Period”).

3. The Promotion shall consist of the

(a) 9% off S$180 spend promotion
(b) Extra 9% off S$250 spend promotion
(c) Bonus 990 miles promotion
(d) Brand Store Deals promotion
(e) UOB Cards promotion

Details of which are set out as follows:

a. 9% off S$180 spend promotion
i. Each eligible Shopper will receive 9% off with a minimum spend of S$180 per transaction on regular-priced items (excluding applicable tax and shipping fees) on KrisShop.com during the Promotion Period, subject to certain brand exclusions. Products in the brand exclusions list will count towards minimum spend of $180, but will be excluded from the 9% discount calculated.

ii. This 9% off S$180 spend promotion is valid only for online purchases made on KrisShop.com and is not valid for purchases made inflight or via KrisShop order form or any other means.

iii. The 9% discount will be automatically applied at checkout, on eligible items when the minimum spend of S$180 per transaction (excluding applicable tax and shipping fees) has been met.

iv. This 9% off S$180 spend promotion cannot be applied with any existing KrisShop promotions, offers and privileges (including Singapore Airlines PPS Club discounts), aside from the Bonus 990 miles promotion as described in clause 3(a), unless otherwise stated.

b. Extra 9% off S$250 spend promotion
v. Each eligible Shopper will receive an additional 9% off with a minimum spend of S$250 per transaction on regular-priced items (excluding applicable tax and shipping fees) of the following selected categories: Airline Exclusives, Beauty, Accessories, Jewellery and Watches on KrisShop.com during the Promotion Period, subject to certain brand exclusions. Products in the brand exclusions list will count towards minimum spend but are excluded from this 9% off S$250 spend promotion

vi. This Extra 9% off S$250 spend promotion is valid only for online purchases made on KrisShop.com and is not valid for purchases made inflight or via KrisShop order form or any other means.

vii. The 9% discount will be automatically applied at checkout, on eligible items when the minimum spend of S$250 per transaction (excluding applicable tax and shipping fees) has been met.

viii. This 9% off S$250 spend promotion cannot be applied with any existing KrisShop promotions, offers and privileges (including Singapore Airlines PPS Club discounts), aside from the Bonus 990 miles promotion as described in clause 3(a), unless otherwise stated.

c. Bonus 990 miles promotion
i. During the Promotion Period, Shoppers who have an active KrisFlyer account and complete two (2) or more transactions of a minimum of $150 each on KrisShop.com while logged in to their valid KrisFlyer accounts (“KrisFlyer Shoppers”) may earn an additional 990 KrisFlyer miles (“Bonus Miles”) on top of the usual earn rate of 1.5 KrisFlyer miles for every S$1 spent .

ii. Transactions where payment is made with vouchers shall not count towards the minimum amount required for each transaction under this Bonus 990 miles promotion, and are not eligible for the usual Krisflyer mile earn rate of 1.5 KrisFlyer miles per dollar spent.

iii. Bonus Miles will be credited to eligible KrisFlyer Shoppers within 8 weeks after the end of the Promotion Period.

iv. In the event of any refunds or returns, KrisShop reserves the right to claw back Bonus Miles issued to any KrisFlyer Shopper.

d. Brand Store Deals promotion
i. During the Promotion Period, Shoppers may receive discounts on selected products specified on the Brand Store Deals webpage on KrisShop.com ("Brand Store Deals"). Prices displayed on the relevant Brand Store Deals webpage are final and are not eligible for further discounts.

ii. Brand Store Deals are valid only for online purchases made on KrisShop.com during the Promotion Period, and are not valid for purchases made on board applicable flights or via KrisShop order form or any other means.

iii. Purchases of the Brand Store Deals cannot be made in conjunction with any existing KrisShop promotions, offers and privileges (including Singapore Airlines PPS discounts), aside from the Bonus 990 miles promotion as described in clause 3(a), unless otherwise stated.

iv. Products purchased from Brand Store Deals are not valid for returns and only 1 to 1 defective product exchanges are allowed, subject to subject to the KrisShop Platform and Sale Terms.

v. Brand Store Deals are only available while stocks last. KrisShop reserves the right to change, add or remove the Brand Store Deals at any time without prior notice.

e. UOB Cards promotion
i. During the Promotion Period, Shoppers may receive up to an additional S$30 off with a minimum spend of S$250 nett per transaction (after applicable discounts, excluding applicable tax and shipping fees) on KrisShop.com, where either:

a. The promo code “UOBSEP” has been correctly entered by the Shopper at checkout and where payment is made with a UOB Credit or Debit Card (“UOB S$20 off Promotion”) or where

b. The promo code “KFUOBSEP” has been correctly entered at checkout and payment is made with a KrisFlyer UOB Credit or Debit Card (“KFUOB S$30 off Promotion”).

ii. For the avoidance of doubt, transactions where payment is made using any KrisFlyer miles and/or any KrisShop or SIA issued eVouchers will not be eligible for this UOB Cards promotion.

iii. The UOB S$20 off Promotion is valid for the first 800 redemptions only and the KFUOB S$30 off Promotion is valid for the first 200 redemptions only.

iv. This UOB Cards promotion is valid only for online purchases made on KrisShop.com and is not valid for purchases made inflight or via the KrisShop order form or any other means.

v. In the event of any refunds or returns, only the actual amount paid by the cardholder will be refunded.

4. All purchases made on KrisShop may be delivered on eligible Singapore Airlines or Scoot flights, or received via home delivery.

5. All purchases are subject to the KrisShop Platform and Sale Terms and the use of KrisFlyer Miles is subject to the KrisFlyer Terms and Conditions.

6. This Promotion cannot be applied with existing KrisShop promotions, offers and privileges, which are not specified as being subject to the Promotion, unless otherwise stated.

7. KrisShop reserves the right to amend or withdraw any terms and conditions of the Promotion, and / or terminate the Promotion, without any prior notice at its sole and absolute discretion.

8. By participating in the Promotion, each Shopper agrees that any and all personal data he/she submits (including his/her name and email address) may be collected, used, disclosed or otherwise processed (collectively “Processed”) by KrisShop for the purposes of the Promotion. All collection, use and disclosure of personal data submitted for purchases made during this Promotion will be in accordance with KrisShop's Privacy Policy.

9. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Singapore and shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Singapore courts.
