Year-end is a popular time for decluttering, moving house or making room for the festive season. If you need somewhere to put things, Extra Space Singapore has a Year-End Lock-In offer on its promotions page.

What you get

30% off self storage when you prepay for a fixed term of 3 to 12 months. The discount runs from the first month to the last month of your term, and the prorated move-in month counts as month one. There is no deposit during the prepaid term.

How to claim

Submit the Year-End Lock-In enquiry form on the Extra Space Singapore website, or use its Enquire Now or WhatsApp buttons. Move-in must happen within 30 days of booking confirmation.

Things to note

  • For new customers only, and it cannot be combined with other promotions.
  • Applies to selected units at designated facilities, subject to availability. The page does not say which unit sizes or outlets qualify, so ask when you enquire.
  • A one-time administration fee of $32.70 (including GST) is payable on or before move-in.
  • After the prepaid term, you need to renew prepaid or sign up for autopay. Otherwise a refundable deposit of one month's standard rent applies.
  • Give at least 14 days' written notice before the term ends. The lease then continues month-to-month at the standard rate.
