What does "siao" mean?
(From Hokkien/Teochew 痟) 1. Crazy. Used in response to a silly suggestion. 2. An offensive term used to address a friend. 3. Used to refer to somebody who is a fanatic. "He Siao bicycles" is saying that someone is crazy about bicycles.
